- Orders that are dispatched can not be cancelled.
- We do not offer a return policy, still if you have not unpacked the item/s and want to return them, you can email us at wecare@pahadiamrut.com. Note – to and fro delivery cost will be deducted on actual basis at the time of return.
Returns - Refund Process:
- For COD Orders, refunds will be processed in the banking details provided by you while raising the return request. (In case of physical products)
- For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed as bank refunds. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return parcel. Post initiation, amount credit to the customer’s account might take up to 10 business days.
- Store Credits and Bank refunds information will be shared with you over email
Cancellations – Policy and Process:
- Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped but not for food products or bakery products.

Raw and Unprocessed: We ensure utmost hygiene and cleanliness while collecting Kikar & Ajwain honey. We filter the honey traditionally at the source, which helps us achieve our goal of 100% Raw & Unprocessed Honey.
Contains Anti-Bacterial and Anti-Germ powers: Because raw unprocessed honey is rich in antioxidants, it contains potent anti-bacterial and anti-germ powers.
Benefits

Directions:
- Morning detox shot- Add freshly cut giloy and few tulsi leaves in water, boil the water for 5-7 minutes. Strain the water and let it cool until it becomes lukewarm. Then add one tablespoon of Kikar & Ajwain honey and your immunity booster morning detox shot is ready.
- Smear on top of freshly toasted whole wheat/rye/sourdough bread.
- Sugar replacement in tea/coffee/smoothies.
- Topping on desserts.
- Face packs and hair masks.
Serving recommendation: Approximately 25ml of Kikar and Ajwain honey is required to replace 30ml of white sugar. (You need lesser quantity of honey to replace white sugar with same sweetness)
Storage recommendation: Store tightly sealed jar of honey in cool, dry, and dark locations. Do not put it in the refrigerator.
Crystallization of honey: Crystallization of raw honey is a natural process and depends primarily upon the climatic conditions & ratio of natural sugars present in different varieties of honey. Raw honey crystallizes more in low-temperature zones.
De-crystallization: Placing the jar of honey in a pot of mild hot water or in direct sunlight for some time will melt the crystals and turn it liquid again.
Wax & Pollen: As we filter our honey traditionally at the source, you may see very few traces of wax or bee pollen in the honey.
