Returns - Refund Process:
- For COD Orders, refunds will be processed in the banking details provided by you while raising the return request. (In case of physical products)
- For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed as bank refunds. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return parcel. Post initiation, amount credit to the customer’s account might take up to 10 business days.

Organically grown: Pampore Kashmiri Kesar threads have been carefully hand-picked from the Kesar flowers, which are grown organically in the valley of Pampore.
Handpicked: Each flower of Kesar is handpicked from the fields and then the stigma is removed very carefully.
Sun-dried: After the stigmas are separated from the flowers, they are sun-dried. The stigmas are then separated from the styles and batched.
Eco-friendly packaging: We hygienically pack Pampore Kashmiri Kesar in our eco-friendly tin packs.
