- Orders that are dispatched can not be cancelled.
- We do not offer a return policy, still if you have not unpacked the item/s and want to return them, you can email us at wecare@pahadiamrut.com. Note – to and fro delivery cost will be deducted on actual basis at the time of return.
Returns - Refund Process:
- For COD Orders, refunds will be processed in the banking details provided by you while raising the return request. (In case of physical products)
- For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed as bank refunds. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return parcel. Post initiation, amount credit to the customer’s account might take up to 10 business days.
- Store Credits and Bank refunds information will be shared with you over email
Cancellations – Policy and Process:
- Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped but not for food products or bakery products.

Directions:
- Morning immunity booster - Grate some ginger in water and boil for 5-7 minutes. Strain the water and let it cool until it becomes lukewarm. Then add one tablespoon of honey and half fresh lemon juice, mix it and your morning immunity booster is ready.
- Smear on top of freshly toasted whole wheat/rye/sourdough bread.
- Sugar replacement in tea/coffee/smoothies.
- Topping on desserts.
- Face packs and hair masks.
Serving recommendation: Approximately 25 ml of honey is required to replace 30 ml of white sugar. (You need lesser quantity of honey to replace white sugar with same sweetness)
Storage recommendation:Store the tightly sealed jar of honey in a cool, dry, and dark location. Do not put it in the refrigerator.
Crystallization of honey: Crystallization of raw honey is a natural process and depends primarily upon the climatic conditions & ratio of natural sugars present in different honey varieties. Raw honey crystallizes more in low-temperature zones.
De-crystallization: Placing the jar of honey in a pot of mild hot water or in direct sunlight for some time will melt the crystals and turn it liquid again.
Wax & Pollen: As we filter our honey traditionally at the source, you may see very few traces of wax or bee pollen in the honey.
