Returns - Refund Process:
- For COD Orders, refunds will be processed in the banking details provided by you while raising the return request. (In case of physical products)
- For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed as bank refunds. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return parcel. Post initiation, amount credit to the customer’s account might take up to 10 business days.
- Store Credits and Bank refunds information will be shared with you over email

Naturally grown limited produce: Kishtwar Gucchi Kesar threads have been carefully handpicked from the valleys, which have abundant fresh mineral sources in the soil and do not need any additional fertilizers for growth. Owing to the harsh weather conditions, the availability of Kishtwar Gucchi Kesar is minimal.
Handpicked: Each flower of Kesar is handpicked from the fields, and then the stigma is removed very carefully.
Sundried: After kesar stigmas are separated from the flowers, small bunches are tied together and sundried. These batches are known as Gucchis.
Eco-Friendly packaging: Once the Gucchis are dried, we hygienically pack them in eco-friendly tin packs.

For Indian dishes, such as biryani and kheer, seep in warm water or milk for 40-45 mins and then use.
For Persian recipes like polavs and tahdigs, grind into a powder and mix a few tablespoons of hot water. It will instantly become densely aromatic taking on a deep sunset hue. This concoction is ready to use at any stage.
