- We do not offer a return policy, still if you have not unpacked the item/s and want to return them, you can email us at wecare@pahadiamrut.com. Note – to and fro delivery cost will be deducted on actual basis at the time of return.
Returns - Refund Process:
- For COD Orders, refunds will be processed in the banking details provided by you while raising the return request. (In case of physical products)
- For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed as bank refunds. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return parcel. Post initiation, amount credit to the customer’s account might take up to 10 business days.
- Store Credits and Bank refunds information will be shared with you over email
Cancellations – Policy and Process:
- Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped but not for food products or bakery products.
