Once an order is confirmed, Pahadi Amrut will not accept return or refund requests. There is no cancellation duration. However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties. Refunds will cover the product cost only, with shipping costs non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, email us within 5 days at wecare@pahadiamrut.com.
- Attach to the email
- Your order number
- A photo of the invoice
- A photo of the outer box
- A clear video of the damaged item
We'll promptly send a replacement for the damaged item(s). You'll get a response from us within 24-48 hours.
- Missing Items
For missing items, let us know within 5 days at wecare@pahadiamrut.com.
Send us:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the invoice.
- A photo of the outer box.
- Two photos of the box's contents.
We'll send the missing item(s) as quickly as possible. Expect our response within 24-48 hours.
- Spoiled Items
If an item is spoiled, contact us within 5 days at wecare@pahadiamrut.com.
Include in your email:
- Your order number.
- The date on the packaging or the manufacture date.
- Clear photos or a video of the spoiled product.
We don't accept returns for variations in taste, texture, color, or scent due to the natural makeup of our products.
We'll work with you to find a fair solution and replace the product after careful review. You'll hear back from us within 24-48 hours. The number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account is 5-7 working days.
