Yikes, that’s not good! Let us know within 5 days from
delivery. Email wecare@pahadiamrut.com with your order number, an image of the
invoice, one outer box image, and two clear shots of the damsel in distress. Only the affected product needs to be returned; we’ll handle the rest and ensure a happy replacement flies your way.
It seems one of our products is playing hide-and-seek!
Inform us within 5 days from delivery at wecare@pahadiamrut.com with your order
details and evidence of the package crime scene. We can’t do refunds for
hide-and-seek, but we’ll send the missing member promptly.
We’re sad to hear that! Please let us know within 10
days of delivery by emailing wecare@pahadiamrut.com. Attach your order number,
date of packaging/manufacture, and a clear visual or video of the product.

Get ready to track your treasure! Our trusty partners, BlueDart and Delhivery, are on the job and will swing by your place Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM within 5-7 business days. We take Sundays and public holidays off to give our broomsticks a break.
