Returns - Refund Process:
- For COD Orders, refunds will be processed in the banking details provided by you while raising the return request. (In case of physical products)
- For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed as bank refunds. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return parcel. Post initiation, amount credit to the customer’s account might take up to 10 business days.

Storage
Pahadi Shilajit can be stored at room temperature as well as can be refrigerated. Store it as per your ease of use, as it will become hard at low temperatures (winters) and will melt at high temperatures (summers).
Directions
Add 2-8 Ratti = 250mg to 1gm (depending upon body requirement) of Shilajit in 1 cup of boiling milk /water and mix it well. Let the milk/water cool down and come to a lukewarm state, and it is ready to drink. You can add sweetener if required. 2-8 Ratti is roughly the size of a rice grain.
How long can Shilajit be taken?
It can be taken for a period of 6-8 weeks at a stretch, then give a gap of 4 weeks and continue again.
Do’s & Dont’s
- You should drink cow’s milk, lots of water and eat food like green gram, cow’s ghee, shali rice etc., to get the highest efficacy of Shilajit.
- You should avoid eating plum, cucumber, watermelon, bitter gourd, Safflower, pointed gourd, banana, black nightshade and especially horse-gram.
Precautions
- For Hypertensive patients: Monitor your blood pressure for a few days when you start consuming Shilajit, if it does not suit your system, please stop consuming.
- For Diabetic patients: Monitor your blood sugar levels for a few days when you start consuming Shilajit, if it does not suit your system, please stop consuming.
NOTE (MUST READ)
It is advised to do a minimum of 1-hour workout everyday while consuming Shilajit to get the highest efficacy of Shilajit.
